Cooking Port House® Grill Maryland Crab Cakes!
Thaw crab cakes by placing them in the refrigerator 24 hours prior to cooking.
Time needed: 20 minutes.
- We recommend that you preheat your oven to 400ºF.
- Place thawed crab cakes in a buttered or oiled pan.
- Bake for 10-15 minuted or until golden brown.
- Finished when minimum internal temperature is 145ºF. If additional browning is desired, broil briefly to finish.
